The most significant information that I learned in this segment is when they talked about not being satisfied with what we’d been able to do meaning that we need to do more than what we’re used to, we need to improve our environment in order to exceed customers expectations. Another thing that was important to me was that us as the future workers, in the generation, we have to be well trained and gain skills that we can take into the industry which will benefit the guests experiences.
