Reflection 10/6

Personally to me the most significant thing that I’ve learned or that cut my attention in the last part of the video was that one of the people said empathy should be one of the qualities and skill set a student should have. I would have not thought of that. Empathy is a core part of success in business and life. It is becoming more important now that we are all learning and working remotely. It caught my attention that they said that because I would have considered other skills more important than empathy because to me that’s just something a person would have as a personality or a feeling in a way. It’s more like a feeling and I wouldn’t consider that a skill but now I know it is.
