I learned that I am not good at research and I struggle with it. Mostly because I do not enjoy staring at a screen for long amounts of time and I do not have the patience for it. After a while of staring at the screen, my eyes start to strain. I encountered the problem of finding certain phases to type in to find a article about my topic. There were times when I got so upset that i just wanted to give up. It was hard researching a topic that I did not fully understand.

I hope you do not give up. I struggle with screen time as well. I try to stand and I reduce the brightness of the screen. It helps me focus.
