When I was younger I had always wanted to be a teacher. I had never thought of wanting a career in the hospitality field. It wasn’t until I had reached middle school that I started to experiment in the kitchen; I had started trying to recreate things that I had seen online or on t.v. When I got to high school and the question of “what you want to be?” was always asked I had finally figured out that I wanted to be a pastry chef. I loved being in the kitchen, being in the kitchen gave me chances to try doing new things. With graduating high school and attending college with having my head set on being on a pastry chef I still want to have experiences in other careers in the hospitality field.
