This week was difficult for kitchen, everything was broking down when we get a rush. In the middle of a rush, orders after orders went a hamburgers or a double bacon cheeseburger. We were waiting for the burger to get cooked and it was holding up everything .Which I can say they sold out QUICKLY.
Also that people were not COMMUNICATING WITH THE KITCHEN. Which resulted food to be late and customers to be inpatient with front of house. We back of house and front of house had a meeting to better manage communication and having patience with each other. But there’s are some people that just don’t get the message, and make life more difficult
