The front of house is much harder than I originally thought. There are many moving part than I expected. There was a Counter shocker, drinks person, Expo, many more. But these are just few of them. When training for front of house ALWAYS stay professional and patient. And if the cumulative of the customer is bad, make that change for the customer, like small talk or make a magical moment. Always want the customers to have a wonderful experience at Disney.
If you see a button that says “Happy Birthday”, “ 1st comes”, make sure to mention it they appreciate it. And try to make magical moments. Always make the customer feel special/notices, it might make there day better. Stay positive when talk to them, never break the magic.
