Four positions on" admiral row" to be debated by four teams.
- Proceed as outlined in RFP (preserving two buildings)
- Remove all the site buildings to complete a larger scale civic structure/Museum/University
- Refashion and secure some buildings of the buildings and transform site into a park
- Preserve all of admiral row and create a new use for the site
