What did you like/dislike about the site visit to The Carlyle?

What I liked about the Carlyle Hotel was that it had an amazing view. Everything was beautiful especially the base of Lily’s, it reminded me of my mom because she loves those type of flowers. The staff were very generous and were walking around with smiles on their face. Lastly, it seems like everyone knew each other everywhere we went, our tourist was introducing everyone to us, in which I feel like it makes the environment bright even more.

Did you feel prepared for what you experienced during the site visit?

No, I did not feel prepared, it was beyond beautiful. Everything was so calm and amazing. The staff seemed great as well! I didn’t expect to met the executive chef of the Carlyle Hotel. Also, the rooms all had a piano, in which I did not know they provide pianos. Visiting the Carlyle hotel was an amazing experience in which I would like to go again.
