Hi, my name is Shantel Panton, and I’m currently a student attending New York City College of Technology. I chose to major within the Hospitality program in City Tech to build upon my knowledge of the culinary arts and the hospitality world. The fast pace and hand on program has always appealed to me because of my love for cooking and catering to guests. Even though I have no experience within the industry itself, my hard work, determination, and passion for cooking will help me enhance my professional skills and attributes to succeed within the culinary industry.
