In my preliminary research, gender inequality still exists in this society. Gender inequalities can range from different sectors such as workforce, education, medical care, and race. During the pandemic, statistics have shown that unemployment rate increased in women, especially for working mothers. In the healthcare sector, it is also no surprise that wage gap is still happening. Women in the medical field are getting paid less than men.
