Hello everyone my name is Juan Tavarez, I am from Santiago Dominican Republic, I move to the United State at age of 13, I am currently 18 and I graduated from Gregorio Luperon High School. This is my first year in college I hope I do great and I would try my best to be a good student. What I want from this class is to improve my writing and my pronunciation but I want to focus more on my writing, because I feel like I am a weak writer and I hope to see a least a few changes on that. I would try my best to make it happen. About my pronunciation I really don’t know how I’m going to improve it because I am very shy and more when is a lot of people, the particular reason for this is that I don’t like the attention, is like more you ignore me more comfortable I am or a least better than try to force a conversation with me.
I am interesting in study a few things and I decide to start with Computer Engineering I will also like to study Computer Science or Engineering In general. I am too shy as I said, and I know this is a problem for college but as I said I will try my best and try to interact with you guys for those who want it, but if you notice that I am to quite don’t worried about it that’s how I am. I also like to take long walks in quite place or place that there is a few people and relax. One advantage that I have from this is that I pay too much attention and I learn fast. I knew about this college because of my brother that is currently studying here and I decide to join, also a few friends told me that this is a great college if you want to study something relate to technology.
