Cephalopods are categorized by mollusks which consist of squid, octopus, nautilus, and cuttlefish. The members of this family live worldwide throughout the oceans. They are blue blooded and have jet like movement. Cephalopods foot are close to its head which is where they got the name, cephalopods, because it means “head foot”. Squid and octopus feet are developed into the shape of a funnel. To get around, these animals use their funnel shape bodies to push water out of their bodies. They use jet propulsion to move so quickly. Some of which their digest tracts lead out of their brains. Cephalopods are awfully surprising!
