Tarantulas are the largest spiders in the world. Tarantulas do not harm humans. They live in underground burrows and usually prey on small insects or animals that pass through the burrows. Male tarantulas usually leave their burrows during mating season to find females to mate with. Male tarantulas usually die at the age of 10-11 after mating. Tarantulas can mate multiple times during their life and egg-laying age. Usually, they live longer than male tarantulas, for example, about 25 years old.
