My final proposal will be on “DOLE” which is a worldwide team of growers, packers, processors, shippers and employees is committed to consistently providing safe, high-quality fresh fruit, vegetables, and food products, while protecting the environment in which its products are grown and processed.
Since they sell fruits, I would like to concentrate on a specific fruit which is pineapple and do advertisement posters on “Benefits of Pineapple” based on this brand. Here are my images that I find inspiring for this project.
My auidence is people ages from 20 – 35 who are more likely to enjoy eating fruit. My images will include people and still life for my ideas. I would like to do cheerful and playful for my photographs. The lighting will be bright with shallow depth of field. The color of the background will be pure and light colors.
Here is the link of an article which explains the benefits of pineapple
Please do a little more research on Dole and it’s competitors. A quick google search tells me that:
It is the largest producer of fruit and vegetables in the world.
Relatives of the founders were part of annexing Hawaii to the US which reduced tariffs for Dole when the company was started.
More recently the CEO was found guilty of defrauding shareholders and of selling produce with listeria.
Who are the competitors?
Your statement that younger people eat more produce is supported by research:

The examples you picked are good ones. Certainly you should try to photograph a very thin slice of pineapple with light coming through it.
You might also try carving the pineapple or two of them and they could have a conversation.
You should also try a straight up food photography shot, pineapple chunks on a plate or bowl, nicely propped, maybe a wood cutting board. Maybe an orchid or other exotic flower. . Try to stay away from glass and metal if you can. But if you really want to take that on, we can try it. If you have any small flashlights bring them in. Or please remind me Wednesday morning or Tuesday night and I will bring in a couple.
I assume you are going to start with these still life ideas and shoot models in the coming weeks.
Lovely post. Thank you for sharing. I appreciate the information and I look forward to more reads from this strings. Cheers. Cindy
