I started with taking a photo directly in front both glasses then I changed my angle and focus to capture my subject. I’m sure there are the other ways this could’ve improve. My source of lighting definitely help improve my pic.

You could have experimented more with this. Both glasses are is about the same position and at the same angle. What about shooting straight down. What about if the glasses are touching? and so on.
