To get these different black and white versions, I used lightroom on my phone to play around with different things such as highlights, shadows, saturation, contrast, exposure, etc. I very lightly changed hues.

I hope you also tried the b/w mixer. I can see a real difference in the woman’s jacket – the reds – between examples 2 and 3.
