I tried very hard to catch her keeping still. I could see how much the wide angle distortion changes the proportions and shape of the subject; she looks much different when I removed it.

I manipulated the photo in a way where I wanted to show more definition in the leaves and also have more of a warmer tone to them with a cooler toned background.
To sharpen this photo, I enhanced the blacks and shadows heavily in Lightroom
In the first photo, I really liked her use of the rule of thirds by centering the window in frame. This is also a good example of a frame within a frame with the way the plants frame the rectangle shape of the window. In the second photo, I liked the way the camera is at a bit of an angle, giving some depth to the reflection and table set up. In the third, I liked how there was still something being seen through the windows of the doors, but very subtly.
I had my brother be my model for this exercise.
