Motion Blur

I have a mini tripod so i had an advantage to capture my motion blurred image. However, i prefer using the actual shutter-speed instead of the app because the app was more limited. Additionally, I used the slow cam app I timed myself approximately 1 sec and speed walked through the shot.

    I am unclear if you used Lightroom to control the shutter speed or used the app. Either way, maybe you should move more slowly so there is more of the moving person.
