no wide distortion 
In this photo i placed my hands in front of the camera so the rest of me could look smaller than my hands. 
I took this photo at an high angle making my arms look smaller

Kitchen towel 
Kitchen Cutting board background
The first photo i used a kitchen towel and the second i used a cutting board. I think the Kitchen towel was more effective because it created a subtle diffused light. I decided to take these photos by my kitchen window.
