Spring ’23 classes are Still Open!

Are you still looking for classes to fill up your Spring schedule? Check out what is still open. If we can’t get enough students to register, the school will cancel 🙁 Don’t let these specialized electives in your chosen career path get nixed.

All you need is to have taken COMD 2400 to register for these.

Spring 2023 Senior Info-Session

Planning to take Portfolio, Senior Project, or Internship classes in the Spring/Summer of 2023?
Get an inside look at what to expect from those classes, how to register for the correct section, and get your permissions. 

(yes, you need to speak to an advisor to get permission. Get it done during the info session.)

Google x City Tech

Google’s coming to City Tech! We’ll be hosting a series of virtual and in-person events for you to learn more about life at Google and specific student job/internship opportunities to consider in the future.

Building Your First Resume

  • What: Join the conversation with an experienced resume reviewer and former interns turned full-time Googlers as they recap their approaches to building a resume with impact.
  • Date/Time: September 15th, 2022 3:00 pm – 3:45 pm EDT
  • Location: Carriers On Air (see attached flier for registration link)

Google Office Hours (Starting this Friday!)

  • What: Signup for a 20 minute session with full-time Googlers to get 1-on-1 help with building your resume.
  • Date/Time: Every Friday Sept 16th – Oct 21st 10am – 12pm EDT
  • Location: Virtual (Book an Appointment). Slots fill up fast, so don’t wait! If it’s full, please check back as folks may cancel

Life at Google Panel

  • What: A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. At Google, you’re invited to bring your insight, imagination, and healthy disregard for the impossible to build products that create opportunities and build — for everyone. Join our panel of Googlers to learn more about their journey to Google and our amazing culture!

Women in Tech Workshop

  • What: Google is committed to empowering all women by connecting, developing, and fostering a sense of community amongst women in tech. Come build that community and conversation with us!

  • What: Are you gearing up for technical interviews this fall? Whether you’re interested in our STEP Internship (for 1st and 2nd years), Software Engineering Internship (for 3rd years) or our full-time SWE roles, you may want to brush up on those interview skills.
