Dear Apple’s Representative,
I am writing this letter in relation to the new I-Phone 5 that the company will be unveiling for sale next week. As a proud customer of Apple, I am disappointed with the new design of the I-Phone 5.
Over the past few years I have been an admirer and a valued customer to Apple Inc. I have purchased a few of your products such as the I-Pod Shuffle, the I-Pod Classic and the I-PodTouch. Apple Products have been a resource not only in the US but also all around the world.
The new I-Phone 5 resembles many of the new phones on the market today such as the Samsung SIII and the Android Phones due to its slimmer and longer design. The I-Phone 5 differs from the original style and look compared to the previous versions of the I-Phone from the first I-Phone to the last version of the I-Phone 4S.
In my opinion, the I-Phone 4S is the best phone on the market at this time due to its unique features and style and I am very disappointed with the new look and design.

Dear Mr. Robinson,
I would like to thank you for being a loyal Apple customer since the time of the first I-pods. We appreciate your feedback on our recent product the “I-phone 5”. We respect your opinion about the previews I-phone, the I-phone 4s. However, the I-phone 5 is a lot better and has a lot of new features. Some of those features are; 4g LTE network (fast internet), twice as fast as the I-phone 4s, it is 18% thinner and 20% lighter than the previews I-phone.
Also there are other features that overlap the previews I-phone such as; brighter screen and longer battery life. With the I-phone 5, you can finally watch full width screen high definition videos without “letterboxing”. There are so many more features that make the I-phone 5, the best phone in the market right now. It wouldn’t be a good idea to go with a very similar design on the new I-phone; everyone wants to see something new. The I-phone 4 and the I-phone 4s are identical; the feeling of having the I-phone 5 wouldn’t be the same while having two other phones that look alike.
Hopefully Mr. Robinson, you decide to give the I-phone 5 a try and I’ll promise you that you won’t regret it. Otherwise, there’s always the guarantee of getting your money back whenever you’re not satisfy with any of our products. Thank you so much again for your feedback and we hope to hear from you again.
