My feature article will be the rise of the high-tech grab and go coffee cart. Especially, living life post Covid-19 isolation. The modernized version of the typical street cart commonly seen on the street corners of New York City. The business model behind Blank Street Coffee that has been serving high quality coffee at a low price point from a mobile ordering system inside a zero-emissions airstream microshop street cart. High quality coffee is something I enjoy and avoid spending the exorbitant price point offered at Starbucks. Because living in New York City is expensive enough. I feel like I know what a high quality cup of coffee tastes like and would like to explore its effects on climate change. Possibly composting coffee grinds, zero emissions coffee roasting, and other methods to reduce emissions. My audience would be someone who also loves a high quality cup of coffee at a low price point and is cautious about carbon footprint and climate change.
