Since the beginning of time there has been an eternal entity known as the “Phantom”. This lifeform isn’t in control of itself and needs a living being to be it’s vessel. The Phantom doesn’t care what the person they are bond to does as long as they are in sync with another person their purpose is served. The host of the Phantom shall decide how they will utilize their new gift or curse depending on the perspective on the person. The entity grants the shell with many supernatural powers and abilities some are fairly strange. First are the visual changes to the host’s appearance. Their eyes tur  to a scarlet red color next … “What now” Dr. Paige says as he answers the phone.  “Hello, Dr. Paige the Containment Chamber has broken and the entity has escaped and is roaming around the city for a new host. Dr. Paige instantly drops the phone with the Junior scientist and dials General Kane from the Lost Legion an anomaly and supernatural matters military group.

The Planet of Ion has many strange events occur all of the world. To the people of Ion these things are pretty common but earth parallel world earth would be shocked. Currently the Board of Dimensional Scientists are close to opening a portal to earth. The United Nations of Ion have have hope to create a mutually benefiting relationship  between Ion and Earth. General Kane answers Dr. Paige call “You don’t even have to tell me what is going on just explain how all to so called brilliant minded scientists  screw up this bad” Kane says. “Listen I was in my office documenting  our ongoing research on the Phantom” Dr. Paige said.  The stories of the Phantom’s escape form the containment chamber are across every major broadcast and news channel in the city of Steel Haven.  General Kane sends at task force of three most skilled soldiers that are part of the Lost Legion. First is Sarah Gold a marksman with precision and a recruit of the Lost Legion for about a decade. Robbie Silver the master technical of the task force. He is as good as it gets Bill Iron is an Lost Legion veteran that will led the General Kane task force of skillful agents. “Listen  to me hear Dr. Paige my team will do there best to control this Phantom situation but  make sure your people have a plan to keep this thing contained”  Kane ends the call.

Dr. Paige gathers all of his fellow scientists for a meeting. “As everyone might already know the Phantom has broken out of our chambers this is extremely alarming to the research”. Paige announced.  “I heard that General Kane and the Lost Legion were handling” said the Junior Scientist Tyrus. “Yes, the Lost Legion is on the case but I personally don’t that is enough to deal with this problem” Paige Reponses. The whole Board of Scientists franticly give out potential suggests to counter the Phantom’s escape. Dr. Paige is shutting  down every one of them then he says ” It might be to early but we must need to launch Project Wraith to combat the Phantom”. “What!? Dr. Paige you can’t be serious Project Wraith isn’t even close to being complete” Said Tyrus.  “Where will we even find an viable host” Tyrus added. Dr. Paige poses that Project Wraith is the only way of stopping the Phantom.  Project Wraith is a failsafe if the Phantom was ever on the loose again. The Wraith is a clone entity made from the DNA of the Phantom. It grants similar abilities and powers as Phantom. The host of the Wraith can be indicated by them having a pearl blue eye color. The Project might be incomplete but Dr. Paige insist that is the only way to halt the ongoing destruction .

Meanwhile, In Steel Haven the Task Force has located the Phantom in the city’s center. In the city’s Center the Mayor Jack Daniels present his Security Guards gathered the Mayor to get him away from the Phantom incoming danger. The Phantom wasn’t the only thing that could potential hurt the mayor at the moment.  The Best Assassin in Steel Haven was hired to do a job on the Mayor Daniels.  Frank Cold is one of Steel Haven’s most infamous contact killers. The Lost Legion has been trying to catch him for years but had no luck. An rival of Mayor Daniels has offered Frank to assassinate the Mayor for 2.5 million dollars that’s a offer Frank just couldn’t decline. The Task Force approached the location of the Phantom. Mike Iron explained to Sarah and Robbie is the first move is to clear the area of any remaining civilians.  Sarah and Robbie instruct the civilians to evacuate towards the north. While the people found a exit out the premises Frank began to close in on the Mayor. Before the bodyguards could stop Frank he took them out in the blink of a eye. It was just him and the mayor. Mayor Daniels begged Frank for mercy but you but eyes were empty. “Sorry Mr. Mayor but money is a universal language and it speaks to me” Frank Said.  As Frank proceeded to trigger He felt a powerful force make contact with his body. He froze in place as him and the Phantom begin to bond. Mayor Daniels fled the scene as soon as he saw the opportunity.  The task force made it to the Phantom but it was too late .

When the agents reached the entity they were shocked at what they have just witness.  Frank Cold was the Phantom’s new host. Frank’s skin became to change to a grey tone his eyes shifted to a scarlet red just how Dr. Paige described in his document.  Frank turned to the Agents with a menacing stare right at the agents. “Okay, Frank we are all calm here I know your in extreme distressful and we just want to help you” Mike said nervously. Frank Responded ” I don’t help I feel better than ever”.
