I would like to publish my article on a newspaper or a magazine like the New York times. The types of articles, stories, and medias, they have are daily news, games, cooking, sports and etc. The audience for this type of articles and news are for new yorkers but anybody can read them as well. . To be more specific i think the new york times are for everybody like students, adults, and the elderly as well. The pieces are pages long. The tone for most of these articles are serious and not really funny at all. They talk about a lot of politicks and daily news on whats going with the government with laws and etc. The authors who write the articles use people as a source and they credit them as well. Yes the new york times have all black and white text for the most part. I do think this will be a good publication to reach my intended audience since New York times is really popular and probably one of the top news pages that are read and used to reach people on a daily.

For unit 3 I would want to teach my audience the importance of believing in something even though there is no evidence of what you believe in. When i say this I’m relating back to my own example back in unit 2 ,  about the afterlife. Im a big believer in afterlife but just like in any other topic a lot of people are not believers on the afterlife. The type of audience I’m trying to reach is literally everyone.  Just like me , you should be entitled in believing what you want to believe in without anybody telling you , no thats make believe, or no thats false and so on. The genre I’m planning to use i’m still uncertain on.  My first step is maybe to ask people and friends around me on their opinion and if they think the afterlife is real. I think this will help see how people view something that’s not “real” but see if they believe in it anyway. Something right now that I could use help on is picking a genre. I’m still uncertain on what genre I can pick for this.

So far on my annotated bibliography , i feel like I have been up to par with everything and I know my topic really well and enjoy talking about it as well. A problem I did have was trying to find out what my question was going to be because the topic on afterlife is a topic where you can ask a million questions but it can be labeled as a yes or no question which i’m not aiming for. But i recently just found the right question so I’m in the clear with that. What I needed help on was finding sources but me and Ms. Wang covered that in our 1 on 1 conference , so now I have good sources to get my information from.I feel as my paper will be good and will be finished on time.
