When I was reading the syllabus, I noticed that we will do some meetings sometimes, even though the class is asynchronous. Also the grading policy 30% participation( I guess itâs completing assignments?!)One question I have: are we going to read more or write?

We are going to read and write equally! As we will discuss in this class, reading & writing are intertwined. The more we read, the better writers we become. AND the more we write, the more likely we are to pay attention to how stories and articles are “built.”
In terms of participation– yes, it is a high percentage. I will be giving you more information on how participation in an online classroom work. For now, keep up with the assignments under “Student Work” as you are doing…
