Welcome to a New World

My First Post

Edgy. Summer 2021 was not what I expected it to be as there was so many things that were “out of the norm” that occurred this summer one of them was having to work during the summer. I was really occupied with work related responsibilities. Otherwise I had a great summer .I  really should not complain.
I spent time with family, friends, made new memories and met new people. One of my new memories I made was experiencing the EDGE attraction in New York it was exciting  exploring being 100-stories-high with glass floorin beneath and glass observations with 360-degree NYC views. I am afraid of heights but the challenge of facing my fears is important to me. Spending time with my sister was another experience I enjoyed.  I haven’t seen my sister for a while because she lives in Florida. Viewing Jungle Book in 4dx was really cool encountering the activities of the movie so close and being able to feel them as well was most fulfilling.
Lastly Masons Pickles with my girlfriends wow what an adventure! Mason pickles is an amazing restaurant with great food my favorite was the 24 layer cake and the garlic bread. These are some of the memories I made this summer.

I couldn’t imagine being high up in a building and looking down only to see that I’m standing on glass. I think I would rather work 12 hour shifts everyday for a month then go up and do what you did. Props to you.

I kinda agree with Jordi. Sheesh. Is the photo an actual photo of The Edge?

I’m glad you got to face your fears and had a chance to experience being in a building that tall. I would be so scared! I hope one day I would be able to do something as scary as that.

A cake that tall would be a mood changer. Thanks for this post full of diverse images and experiences. I wonder what it would look like in just pictures and captions? A cool travelogue/diary.
