I went to a meet up group, a illustration meet up group and it was alright. The first meeting was weird for me because i didn’t know where the group was in the cafe, oh yea i forgot that we met up at this cafe around beford av. i lived close so i walked there. It was around 7 to 8 people if remember the second meeting it was like the same amount but mostly everyone was different. i got business cards from to people, they seem like they were just getting their illustration career off the ground. We showed our sketchbooks to each other. We asked each other what stuff we use to draw with. One guy mention that he is new to NY and he came from Minnesota. i wasn’t prepared with a business card or anything because i wasn’t  intending on networking i just wanted to meet people who draw.
