Job Responsibilities:
Understanding of contracts
Calculate materials and labor
Entering info into our database
Maintain customer contact through installation
Work 8am-5pm
Properly assess change orders
Attend weekly meetings
Qualifications:
Experience in the remodeling industry (Windows, Siding, Roofing)
Excellent verbal and written skills
Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Bachelors degree or 3 years construction
