It was a rainy Monday morning and Mike needs to arrive to work early today. Before he got out of bed it was on his mind even during his sleep that the deadline was fast approaching for his project that needed to be completed by the end of the day and presented. With great sense of urgency, Mike got out of bed at 5 am and he swiftly left his bedroom to go get freshen up and dressed. After that, he prepared and ate his breakfast which was tea and scrambled eggs with toasts.

When he was going through the door he glanced at his watch and at that moment he knew that he was not going to arrive to work on time. On the way out of the house to the front of the garage he noticed that he forgot to grab his keys to get into his car and so he went back up the stairs and straight to his room to get it quickly. He grabbed his keys off of the bedside table top and he went back down to the car constantly checking the time, realizing that he was going to be very late if he drives the speed limit. When he got into the car, to his surprise, he realized that he is missing something else. This time it was his wallet which contained his driverā€™s license, money and other things. He didnā€™t want to take some extra minutes to go through the trouble of going into the house and to his room again. Mike started up the car and he drove off at a high speed. In the car, Mike couldnā€™t help himself but to constantly check the time wondering if he can still get there on time through speeding. He was well aware that his boss will be very frustrated with him if he comes in late again, since this would be the fourth time in a row for him to come in late, so he is trying to get there on the dot which was 7:15 am.

It is now 6:55 am and he now has 9 miles left to go. The car acerated to 70 miles per hour and when he got on to the exit ram of the highway a steep corner came up. Ike didnā€™t realize that this corner was really steep on till he started going around the corner. Mike didnā€™t hit the brakes until he realized that this is dangerous.

The car could not grip to the road anymore so he slammed his breaks quickly:

ā€œSCREEEEEECH!ā€

Following afterwards a series of commercial breaks which interrupted the excitement the show built up to this point.

ā€œI have always hated ads, they are always cutting the tv shows right when something exciting is about to go down.ā€ My Mother said.
