Poem 1:

Title: Time

When I look high in the sky

I think Once upon a time

To where the past shaped your present

And the present dictates your fate

In a kingdom full of rules and decisions

Its up to me to make the call

Because there is no one else to fill the holes

That destiny stores

As I say this today, I call upon my future

To have brighter days and restful nights

Because playing with time is like playing chess

Your past moves connect your futures’ clue

Poem 2:

Title: You are my Brother

Brothers not by blood but by heart

But sometimes I question if that’s fair

Because I know one day, one of us has to depart

All the times we spent together; I know you care

We go out, we play, we have fun

To others they don’t see the bond

At the end of the day, your still my number one

So, I pray you’ll be my actual brother by the wave of a wand

We don’t have much time together

Which is why I leave you with this

I’ll love you no matter the type of weather

Because when that day comes, you will be missed

No matter what they say, you’ll always be my brother

Title: Chaos in the night sky

Poem 3:

There goes a weep

A familiar sound

There it goes again

But nowhere to be found

Moment’s pass, it vaporizes in the air

Who am I to say?

Because this sound is what we share

Is this the price we have to pay?

The village night grows dark and cold

Maybe he got away

The mystery of this sound will soon unfold

Until then, the villagers pray

Head to toe, bottom to top, everyone in disbelief

The search is near over

We can breathe sigh of relief

It was the masked bandit, but is this really closure

Poem 4:

Title: Deeper In the Garden

The smell of the fresh hibiscus

In the never ending plateaus

Picking only the freshest

The scent so mesmerizing

You get lost in your very own thoughts

The more you try the further you go

Into the dark abyss lies a ray of light

But so very contradictory

What is there left to believe?

However the deeper you look

The more you find

The garden that keeps the hibiscus
