Anytime you meet people online you are anonymous. That was the case for me when I played games online. I rarely play with strangers online because most of the time I just play with my friends, but this one time I decided to play with some random people. At first, it was silent and awkward as it would be if you were playing with a stranger. But as the game continued me and this person started to talk more. At first, I didn’t really want to talk to this person but, I realized that I was an anonymous person to him so he would never know me or see me after that game. So that relaxed me a bit and I was more open to talking to him. I think this was also the case with the reading ” Whatever Happened To ___” I think this was the reason why the author was so open to discussing what was happening in her personal life. I could relate to this because as I said when I met this stranger I was open to talking to him. And I think that being anonymous is good because it allows people to open up more.

Office Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM. I’ll be available through Zoom and will send an invitation via email that you should keep all semester. Try to join my meeting at the start of the hour, not at the end—since I may be talking to other students or have another appointment after the hour is up. If those times don’t work with your schedule, we can schedule a different time. This means you’ll have to schedule an appointment in advance. I suggest you have multiple times in mind, since your schedule may not mesh with mine!
