Its currently 7;30 in the morning and John kemptons has just woken up in preparation to go to work. John freshens up by taking a shower and brushing his teeth, he puts on his office job clothes and begins to head out to work. John works for an analytics company and his job is to take analytics data and place them in a highly detailed spreadsheet filled with lots of names and numbers. Before John arrives at work, he likes to grab a quick cup of coffee at the local Starbucks 2 blocks away from his job. Since he starts work at 9 am, John makes sure that he gets there around 20 minutes before his shift starts so he can buy his daily morning coffee from Starbucks which is just 2 blocks away from his job. Now usually john would go into starbucks and wait in line to order his coffee but ever since the pandemic started, ordering his drink would take longer due to the extra precautions that had to be taken in stores. John also wanted to be more distant from others thanks to the 6ft rule that everyone follows now. So  this time he decided to use the Starbucks app on his smartphone from now on. He made sure to set up all the payment options and choose his favorite store and items so that when he wakes up he can place the order ahead of time and by the time he gets there his order should be ready. This has made ordering coffee a lot easier and simpler. After some time John began to notice that a lot of people would order through their phone and pick up when they got there. Soon after john would now order most fast food like chick fil a and shake shack using his phone because it made ordering food a lot more convenient
