from what I was able to understand, the story was enjoyable to a certain extent. I like the fact that there was use of supernatural powers in the story, and I also like how the story was somewhat historical with using a setting that is based in Virginia during slavery. It honestly just became a little confusing for me because the story was kind of open ended and wasn’t clear and concise on what specifically was going to happen.
