During this research I was able to see and understand the lives of those urderage children that are forced to marry without their consent because of economic problems, ideological beliefs or simply cultural customs. I believe the discourse community that would benefit from my research is those communities that still practice this costumes; as well as the communities that are fighting against child marriage. Sadly, the communities that still practice child marriage have a lack of education, therefore a poor understanding of the risk the girls faces when pregnant under 18 years old. Additionally, girls and boys who are forced to marry at an early age are forced to drop school, which as a consequence will make them dependent on their husband, because they will not be able to find a job to support them or their family. I believe that the best way for this information to reach this discourse community is with posters. As many of the the communities that practice child marriage are very poor and with a lack of education, with a poster kind, analfabets and unletted will be able to receive the message. I believe this poster might educate people about the risks of child marriage and might change parent’s opinion in respect to child marriage.
