The purpose of the first paragraph of the document is that the entire public banded together to claim their rights, thirteen United States of America, unanimously declare that it is necessary dissolve those political gangs that are in control of these States, demand that residents respect their opinion. Cause dissatisfaction with the authorities. The purpose of the second paragraph of the document is to show the equality of people among themselves, that they are endowed with rights, among which are Life, Freedom and the pursuit of happiness. What if in management will be the destroyers of these goals and rights, and then the people should have the right to establish a new government, or change or abolish those orders, laws that harm this society. Of course it is a call to action, not hush up the problem, but try to solve it. Goal the third paragraph of the document is that on the example of the ruling at that time King of Great Britain – it is shown how absolute tyranny was established over other states. How he himself refused to make laws necessary for the public good, and ordered the governors not to pass any laws without his consent. He thus created legislative bodies, so that it would be inaccessible to them. If representative Chambers tried to resist him, then he simply dismissed, not giving their election. In everything this man demanded his intervention and his decision, which went against the opinion of his people and the public. In these words, of course, there was a call to action, because that in these actions you can see how it does not protect, but on the contrary infringes on the rights people, humiliating their human dignity. They call to remove this ruler. The purpose of the last paragraph is to state that the United Colonies must be a free state with the same rights and privileges on a par with others. It was a call to action to achieve freedom. All the words written in this document reveal the essence of the matter well, convincing enough. They urge to fight against such an attitude to your country. I believe that these words are also suitable for our time: āGovernments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happinessā. These laws are still in force if the president does not fulfill all the duties established by law, then he can put forward ā impeachment until re-election.
