1)Listening to A.O.C’s speech, it is clear that she is representing the female discourse community might even the feminist community as well.

2) In A.O.C’s speech, she address directly towards Ted Yoho and the excuses that are brought up by him in an effort to cover up for his disrespectful comments. Not only does A.O.C mention disrespect towards her but women in general who hear comments like Yoho’s, directed towards them.

3) In accordance with the speeches and letters that we read, I believe that A.O.C’s speech can be connected with the Douglass’s, Kothari’s and Wollstonecraft’s as well. Both authors underwent some sort of disrespect and harassment towards them in some point of their lives. Just like A.O.C, Wollstonecraft has probably experienced the same form of treatment since the author is a woman herself. Not to mention, the era that she was in when women didn’t have as much rights as in present time.
