After completing the unit 2 writing assignment, I am now able to realize that this wasn’t as easy as I thought it was going to be. It was the first time that I’ve done an assignment like this but, I feel like I am now more prepared for the next time. Overall, it was a great learning experience and the research was fun to do. What I found the most difficult in this assignment would be the part for reflections, this is where we had to write a lot but what I struggled with was finding the way the authors write. Figuring out their style was hard, which led me to do more research. As of now though, I feel like I now have a better understanding of how to know an author’s style of writing. What I learned in doing this type of research that I can take with me to another class would probably be an intensive writing class I believe. Since this topic for me was a struggle at least, but I learned how to figure out if a source is credible or not. It may also be used in other writing classes such as a class dedicated to this like a research class. Or even a science class, since they in fact have to do a lot of research for various topics, and an annotated bibliography can help them with their research possibly.
