1. In the first part, the causes that impelled separation have to be announced.
  2. 2nd part states that all people were born with equal rights. The government was created to secure these rights. If the Government doesn’t fulfill this function, people have a right to remove this Government and establish a new one.  A call to action.
  3. Facts to prove that King George established tyranny over the State are listed. The reason for this section to collect sufficient evidence that will be the base for the conclusion that will be stated later in the section.
  4. The 4th part concludes that a tyrant can’t be the ruler of free people. The reason for this section is to establish a problem that can be used for a solution that will be justified in full.
  5. The explanation of why the Colonies have to separate from their British brethren. (How people tried to get help from their British brethren and let them know what the government has done with them but they were not heard.) This section shows that peaceful actions were performed and the object of the Declaration not reacted to them.
  6. The final section declares that the colonies have to be independent from the British Crown, and this is a non-negotiable statement. The reason is to show that the fact of independence has been confirmed.

The facts about how King George abused the Colonies have persuaded me that the Colonies didn’t have any choice. They could only declare themselves as independent from the British Crown and that have separated in fact and the Declaration was just the formal letter that describes the process that had already been started.

In the WP article, the item No.4 is interesting to discuss. Over the course of the History of the United States, two almost equally big parties have been present – the Republican and the Democratic parties. Nowadays, the nation is polarised and called blues or reds, and the tiny minority involved in the other parties. The parties are opposed and that is okay, but In order to have a possibility to end the government of the United States, need to have a lot in common, so they would be able to pursue their mutual interest in ending the government. Today, this is either the red or blue government with a mixture of the opposite that iterates every four-eight years.
