This is Afroza Yasmin and My pronounce are she or her. My major is about nursing but maybe I will change because I realize this is hard for me, I am not sure yet. I liked English when I was in school but in college this is hard for me sometimes lot of work. However, I really like to read and watch. This year is really hard for me because I have four days of work and three days of classes. I have to cover everything and I don’t know how I can manage everything. I will do my best to get good results. Lastly, One things I want to say I don’t like too much reading because it takes to much time and that’s hard to manage do other homework.
Yes I agree with the reading but to be honest that’s how a lot of people are with schoolwork. It all pays off in the end though which is why we have to work now. I’m sure you’ll get to figure out how you’ll cover everything and you can also message the teachers with this issue.

Hi. My name is Umme Habiba, I am currently enrolled in Health Service Administration. The reason I chose this major is because I like management related stuffs and I end up with Health Service Administration. I like listening to music because that really helps me get throughout the day. Beside that, I like dancing, spending quality time with my family and many more. I used to like reading books back when I was in school. After being college, I had a hard time managing my time with work and college and I lost that reading time. So, through this class I hope I will get back to it. Can’t wait to meet you all!!!!!!

HI I’m Adam Shahin and I’m studying CT scanning/Radiology because it’s something that interested me when I seen it. If I wasn’t doing this major I would’ve took dentistry. I’m glad to be here and hope that I can work now with school and chill later in life. Right now, I’m trying to figure out how I’ll manage everything I have in life from personal things to school work and hope I’ll figure it out soon.

Hi my name is Lisa and my major is Nursing because I love helping others. Specifically, I want to become a neonatal or pediatric nurse because I work well with kids. I’ve always enjoyed writing and reading. I really dislike math. I enjoy reading thriller books and also realistic fiction books. I’m a huge music fan and on my spare time I play my piano. I also play guitar time to time and sing. I like listening to a mix of music genres and recently I started getting into rock music. A couple rock bands i’ve been listening to that I enjoy a lot are Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Scorpions, Queen, Def Leppard the list goes on. GREAT MUSIC!! My favorite artist of all time is Drake. I like going on adventures and exploring new things. I’m a great listener and I love to help people. All good vibes here :).

Hello, I’m Jeffrey Escobedo. I’m currently studying Mechanical Engineering of Technology. There are multiple reasons why I chose this major and one of the big reasons why I decided to study Mechanical Engineering is because of cars. Cars have played a major role in who I became and who I am right now, since I was a little boy I’ve become fascinated with cars. My favorite type of book I like to read is manga. I really like to read manga in my spare time and I am contemplating reading light novels later in the future. My favorite manga is Initial D. I’m also currently watching The Good Doctor with my friend, so far I really like the show. We just finished the first season of The Good Doctor and are planning to watch more. In my spare time, I would play video games via my computer, read manga or I would usually just drive around New York City.
That is dope you are into cars. I wonder if you have worked on a project car, a little fixer upper. That is something I always wanted to attempt to do but do not have the space, no garage street parking sucks the downfall of city living, and I have no idea when it comes to the inner workings of a car. I do not read magna anymore I know just stick to anime, current favorite is Tokyo Revengers. I heard the good doctor is a superb show but honestly just have not caught my attention to view yet, just on the bottom of the list to watch.

I enjoy learning all there is to know about x rays and radiation and gaining all this important knowledge on this subject and I hope to be successful in the field and hope to actually enjoy doing it. usually when I’m not working I like to hang out with my friends or catch up on shows I’ve been watching on Netflix (rick and Morty, shameless, and lucifer). I’m also currently writing this introduction from Albania, I came here to visit some family members since the last time I’ve been here was four years ago. Rick and Morty probably the best show ever created. Shameless is also a great show but I for some reason stopped at season 5 I believe. I think I was binging so much of it I was getting scared of catching up and there is nothing I hate more than catching up to a show that is not complete yet. Lucifer another great show but I need to watch all over again. Boy do I know what you mean by no place like home. When class started I was in Puerto Rico finishing up a check on family trip, and boy did I miss New York. I am too used to late night food options here and the ability of having so many different options. Nothing opens late in PR.

My name is Romuald Thomas, and I am majoring in computer science. I enjoy being on the computer, Which is why I picked that major. One of my goals is to fully understand how a computer functions inside and out. My goals for this semester are to improve my coding skills, understand Python and java languages better, and also my writing skills. During my free time, I play basketball and watch my shows. Currently, I’m watching Next on Hulu and Biohackers on Netflix.
Math and English have been my favorite subject, I find it interesting to learn new ways to deal with numbers and different ways to impress yourself with action or with words. Math became my favorite because growing up with my dad used to solve math problems in his head and I wanted to be able to do that. English became my favorite because my mom loves to read, she always sharing her books with me. She’s currently reading “Left to Tell ” by Immaculee Ilibagiza, seems like an interesting book can’t wait to read it. On the other hand, I cant wait to see what new skills I can learn this semester to improve my writing and reading.
Hello, my name is Tenzin Norbu and I transferred to City Tech this year, I am majoring in civil engineering. I found that I enjoyed civil engineering back in high school where I got to learn how to use AutoCAD. I’m very interested in the field of engineering because being able to create is a powerful skill in my opinion. I enjoy reading about the different mythologies found around the world, even though they aren’t real, I find that some stories are very creative. Currently the main thing I do in my spare time as a student is look for jobs and get myself ready for interviews, so I’m not nervous and stiff when the time comes and I get called upon for an interview.
My name is Eric and I am currently taking EMT (Computer Engineering). I’m trying to figure what courses I want to take when the next semster starts. Trying to plan it out unlike my first year of college where I applied my classes later than everyone else. I had a bad schedule, it wasn’t organized and not to mention the pandemic made it worse since I had no internet at home so it was very troubling doing assignments on a phone.
About me: I read manga or webtoon, anything that I have knack for. Favorite show is South Park. I have a pretty bad sleep schedule considering I wake up in the afternoon and sleep in the morning when the sky is bright.

I first wanted to learn computer systems when I was watching streams that people did that involved coding and creating these cool things in video games and websites, and it really intrigued me to start learning about it. In my free time, I really enjoy playing video games and watching shows, the type of genre when it comes to books that I like to read is mystery books mostly because I love that I don’t know what truly is going to happen when reading until the end. When it comes to writing, I enjoy it pretty well because I can really speak my mind by writing and I also love typing as well. Honestly was super nervous to take this major but learn to take challenges and it has pushed me to become a better person. My name is Demetrius Brown-Williams. I am currently majoring in legal/paralegal studies. I chose my major mainly because I find the idea of legal work interesting. Specifically, entertainment law, which deals a lot with contracts and negotiation, essentially getting a client the best deal possible for their time and effort. I find that making sure people get what they deserve is gratifying and exploring the jargon and intricacies is equally exciting. I enjoy reading a lot of fiction and fantasy. I spend so much time worrying about life I need a bit of an escape, reading non-fiction or real-life-based stories would only stress me out further. I listen to all kinds of music and watch all kinds of shows/movies, I’m eclectic in that sense. I like to travel and experience new things, explore the world around me in the hopes that it’ll be even better one day.
