Something that Douglass, Malcolm and Jiang pieces have in common is that both share their backgrounds and it also show that they had difficult times when they were younger also both share a narrative that helps you learn something new and both of the pieces share that challenging story and how the overcome also Malcolm and Jiang share like the same point that both wanted to learn but couldn’t do it because there were obstacles on their way, but they both found ways to overcome those things that were stopping them.
