Hello everyone! My name is Alejandro Xie and my pronouns are He/Him. I was born in Peru to Chinese parents and came to the states when I was two. You can call me Alex although Alejandro is just fine as well. I live only half an hour away from City Tech in Brooklyn’s Bushwick neighborhood. I’m currently studying for a BA in Computer Systems. My favorite author is Michael Grant for his chilling yet engaging “Gone” series, but J.K Rowling (with respect to her books, not her controversies) and Roald Dahl are childhood favorites of mine. I loved Eric Carle’s childrens books as well, it’s really sad that he passed away last week. I also love to work out and am a big fan of any media involving time travel.

Hi everyone, my name is Esther Diaz. My pronouns are she/her. I was born in the Bronx and currently still reside there. My major in City Tech is Health Science.  After reading “Flowers for Algernon”, my favorite author would be Daniel Keyes due to the storyline being emotional and an eye-opener on people who struggle through abnormality.  The picture below is my Bentley who I adore very much and try to spend time with him in my free time.
