Reflection:

-Moving from “performance goals” to “learning goals” requires more than just comprehending information at hand. It is a process that requires a planned method of analyzing, critiquing and adopting a skeptic method of thinking in order to formulate an opinion and gain knowledge of a topic.

-Conducting group discussions between team members in order to come up with relevant opinions and point of views, as well as questioning each other, can boost the learning process, which in itself, is a form of knowledge building.

-Team members should not be limited to the “check box” method of accomplishing tasks,  or to answering “yes” and “no” questions. They should consider the “who”, “what”, “when”, “why” and “how” questions in order to build a credible base of knowledge that can support the arguments made in the research project.
