The Art of VegÂeÂtarÂian CuiÂsine
VegÂeÂtarÂian cuiÂsine foÂcusÂing on culiÂnary and dessert prepaÂraÂtions utiÂlizÂing grains, beans, plant proÂteins, vegÂetaÂbles, and dairy. Through clasÂsiÂcal and conÂtemÂpoÂrary cookÂing techÂniques and styles, meal prepaÂraÂtions will conÂcenÂtrate on balÂanced menus using plant-based inÂgreÂdiÂents that fit into three clasÂsiÂfiÂcaÂtions: vegan, lacto and lacto-ovo vegÂeÂtarÂian diets
