What I found the most interesting in the video, “The Art of Logo Design” was that logos actually go way back before graphic design was a thing. People like Aristocracy or people of Ancient Rome used to display images on shields, to send a message. This image can be classified as a logo. As the video says, a logo can be, “a single image of something that was used as an expression of the individual. And represented a thought, an idea, or even a product perhaps”.

I enjoyed this video because it reminded me about the process of brainstorming and planning for the design of a logo. When they discussed that the Offbook logo idea advanced from playing with a printed word morphed through the printer. I realized that ideas sometimes come about from physically designing via sketchbooks or with real materials, rather than on illustrator on the computer.
I agree with what Cruz said, I also didn’t realize that in the past aristocrats created logos to identify themselves and what they represented.
I agree with what you said about how logos go way back before graphic design was a thing , when you think about it it was really the early stages of graphic design. Great logo can represent the product for example, Pizza Hut logo is a very simple circle but it give an illusion of a pizza with sauce on it.
