Part 2 Summary  

The whole Idea was to help connect the family that purchase Lego and bring them closer together. It was very simple task really, get to know the family. Their likes and dislikes. Then talk to the kids chat up a little bit and connect even more. The whole point of all this is to show the people they care to show a bit of companion goes a long way. They have faced their biggest challenge then covid came around, but that didn’t stop them. They decided since people were not allowed to come in, they could just order online and reserve their package in the mail making it associable to almost everyone. Lego pride themselves at give satisfactory servers and ship out quality merchandise.  

Part 3 Reflection 

Covid has put many companies backs agents the wall, but in the case for Lego it has made them adapt and change. They converted from a global toy monopoly to one that can now ship directly to your door step. They can still bring joy and wonder into the hearts of billions. Lego also worked with other corporations that involves STEM research, working with kids that have disabilities, and giving a lot of donation and toys to charities. Lego goes above and beyond when it comes to outreach and what they provide. They have research teams studying children behavior to find out what they like, what different generation of kids like. This shows how are they go and how much time, money and effort goes into the toys they make.
