My Research question is what is boosting children of immigrant to achieve success in America?Â
 I want to teach my audiences the proper way of parenting. Also, motivation behind the immigrant children. Â
The audience I am trying to reach are parents and professors who study or teach child development.Â
The genre I am considering is video essay because I can add pictures, sounds, and text to explain my idea clearly and make it interesting.Â
I intend to start with my video essay by watching videos on how video essay is done and what I need before starting it. Then I would begin to write my script for my video essay. Â
One thing I am worried about is messing up during the video essay while speaking. Another thing would be editing the video because I have never made any video before. Â
The mentor text I will be using is Many Years After: City Tech’s Asian American Stories.Â
