My research question is: How do abortion laws affect women’s rights? I chose this topic because as young women, we deserve the right to terminate our pregnancies if we decide to. With the current laws regarding Abortions, women struggle with legally aborting their pregnancy Although abortions have been legal under New York state laws Other states such as Alabama and Illinois aren’t so lucky. This topic is important to me because men have trapped friends of mine into having babies. I know firsthand the struggle and the pain of making a decision and imagine having your choice taken away from you. I want to find out why our men are making laws regarding the female body and why our right are being taken away from us.
