My name is Taniesha Hamilton and I am an introvert.I dislike being in the center of attention and spend most of my time at home, playing video games and reading. Most people when they glanced at me didn’t know that I watched anime…I probably shouldn’t have said that about me since nobody in the class watches anime. Anyways, moving on I don’t think there’s anything interesting about me to say in this introduction. I was born here in America and half my family is from Guyana while the other half is from Saint Vincent. About my name, my name is I think rare and uncommon but that is because of how people spell my name. Some people spell my name as Tanisha or spell it as Taneisha, both of these are common mistakes that people make but I don’t mind it now. Since my name has been spelled in different ways, I realized that these names are different variations of my name but all have been pronounced the same way.
Some hobbies that I have are knitting, (I know I’m like a grandma, I’ve been told) reading, playing video games, (like I said before) and sometimes shopping. Something that I would like to do is to play the violin. I’ve always liked music and wanted to play an instrument when I was younger, but I’ve only been able to play a recorder. I know how to speak French, not fluently but enough to know what people are saying and I would like to learn some other languages like Japanese or mandarin Chinese or Germany. Down below is my favorite character named Carole Peppers, she’s from a mobile game I like, and I always strive to be like her almost every single day.
Hi Taniesha, the cartoon character is so pretty! I believe there has to be some people who also watch anime, I will watch it occasionally, too. The place where I was born, Suriname, is next to Guyana and French Guyana. My mom also went to travel in Guyana so I am curious about this country. She said most people in Guyana speak English and some speak French, is that for real? Also, playing a recorder is pretty cool enough because I can’t play any instruments.
Yes, it’s true but mostly in Guyana only like 10% of Guyanese people speak French. 🙂
I love anime lol. I have a little funko pop collection with a bunch of anime related funko pops. I also started to watch demon slayer recently. I’m almost done with the first season. Great show so far some character’s are just a little annoying. I also recently got a funko pop signed by Adam Mcarthur he is a voice actor for charecters like Yuji Itadori in jujutsu kaisen. Another voice actor was there to Kaiji Tang but I didn’t have any funko pops of the characters he voiced.
I too wanted to learn to play an instrument when I was little too but then found out how it is difficult when we had to play the flute in my elementary school. I soon gave up on that since I forgot about it. I am also an introvert who doesn’t like to be the center of attention but I’m trying to go more out of my comfort zone and socialize more. It is hard since I like keeping to myself but I would like to break the bubble I put my self in for so long and explore new things.
