An activity that helped me want to be better at school is playing basketball and football .I realized that in order to stay on A team I have to make sure to pass my classes.This encouraged me in way where when there is something that u really want you have to do what ever it takes to have it.When I was plying these sports at the same time it made me happy and want to compete at a high level.I learned an important quote that said,”practice makes perfect.”This quote meant that in order to get better at things you must do things over, and over to repeat the process of practice.Still to this day I am using this quote to make sure that doing your school work first will lead you to having fun without having any worries about anything.Last but not least these two sports made me better at communicating in school by asking for help , participating in events, and having a social life with people
BIG Problem: You do a lot of telling but you need to SHOW me with scenes and dialogue. You need to think of a scene from your memory that SHOWS how basketball saved you.
