Assignment 1 (Part F) Turning your Print ad into a Integrated Advertising Campaign + Presentation

This assignment challenges you to elevate traditional print advertisements by integrating immersive 360° elements into your campaign strategy. You will explore the dynamic synergy between static print media and interactive digital content to create engaging experiences for your target audience. Additionally, you will develop persuasive presentation skills to effectively communicate your integrated campaign concept.

Assessment Criteria:

  • Creativity and Innovation: Originality and effectiveness of the integrated campaign concept in leveraging 360° elements to enhance print ads already created.
  • Audience Engagement: Ability to captivate and immerse the target audience through interactive and compelling experiences.
  • Integration and Cohesion: Seamless integration of print and digital elements, maintaining consistency in messaging, branding, and user experience.
  • Presentation Skills: Clarity, persuasiveness, and professionalism in communicating the integrated campaign concept to stakeholders.
  • Critical Analysis: Thoughtfulness in evaluating the impact and effectiveness of the integrated campaign and identifying opportunities for refinement.

Concept Development:

  • Develop a creative concept that seamlessly integrates a 360° element with your print ad(s) to convey the campaign message effectively.
  • Brainstorm ideas for interactive experiences that complement the print ad and resonate with the target audience.
  • Define the objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring the success of your integrated campaign.

Creative Execution:

1. Revise Print Ads, based on feedback received in class, that serve as the will visual centerpiece of your integrated campaign.

2. Turn your Print ad into an OOH billboard and include it in a mockup in situ (ie; Street, subway ..etc) for the final presentation

3. Select or create immersive 360 content (e.g., Digital, OOH, Experiential..etc.) that enhances the storytelling and engagement of your Print ad and OHH (This is not a resize of your Print ad or OOH; it should not be your ad resized as an Instagram ad but another way you can bring your idea alive.

4. Ensure alignment between the creative elements, maintaining brand consistency and messaging coherence across print and digital platforms.

Presentation:

  • Develop a persuasive presentation that effectively communicates your integrated campaign concept with your Print ad (can design in program you want as long as the final product is a PDF page sized 1920 px x1080 px)
  • Template/presentation outline > Make sure you design and create a Visually complementing presentation that complements your print ad
  • Provide an overview of your research findings, target audience insights, and creative concept.
  • Showcase the print ad(s) / OHH and the 360° element, highlighting their interactivity, relevance, and impact on audience engagement.
  • Use visual aids and mock-ups to demonstrate how the integrated elements work together to deliver a cohesive brand experience.
